Top Ten Wedding Venues in Barcelona

Planning a wedding in Barcelona is definitely dream for so many couples — with its history, Mediterranean charm, and stunning venues, it’s no wonder this city is one of Europe’s top wedding destinations. But planning can be absolutely overwhelming and one of the biggest questions everyone’s mind is: “How much will it cost?”

To help you plan ahead, I’ve done my best to put together a guide with estimated total venue costs for Barcelona’s most popular wedding venues in 2026. These totals include venue hire, catering, drinks, and extras for 100 guests, so you can start thinking about your planning and begin to budget. You can scroll down to the table at the bottom to see all the venues and their estimated 2026 totals in one place. I have also explained in the table how I came to these numbers.

And as always, if you have any questions, I am happy to chat. My contact form can be found here — even if you are not looking to book your photographer just yet, I am happy to help give any advice I can as a wedding photographer living outside Barcelona.

For full transparency, these estimates were calculated using publicly available 2026 venue hire prices combined with average catering and drinks costs for 100 guests in Barcelona. Catering was estimated at €80–€150 per person, and drinks packages at €25–€60 per person. I also added an allowance for extras such as staff, basic styling, and rentals (€1,500–€6,000). The totals therefore represent a realistic cost range for 100 guests, with the lower end reflecting off-peak weddings with simpler packages, and the higher end reflecting peak-season celebrations with premium inclusions. But if you want to know the concrete numbers, I highly suggest reaching out to the venue directly.

And definitely one of the things that makes getting married in Barcelona so special. I have created this list in hopes that it helps you start planning for your dream day.

Venue Venue Hire / Starting Price Estimated Total (100 Guests, 2026)
Castell de Sant Marçal From €13,000 €30,000 → €55,000
Mas de Sant Lleí From €10,150 (up to 70 guests listed) €26,000 → €48,000
El Convent de Blanes Catering from €131/pp (venue fees additional) €25,000 → €50,000
La Baronia Menu ~€120 → €195/pp (published quotes) €25,000 → €55,000
Castell de Tamarit From ~€15,000 €18,000 → €35,000
Can Ribas de Montbui Approx €6,000 → €14,000 €15,000 → €36,000
Masía Egara Approx €9,000 → €20,000 €20,000 → €45,000
Hotel Miramar (Barcelona) Example menu €175/pp (VAT incl.) €24,000 → €38,000
Cortal Gran (Empordà) From ~€3,000 (venue); catering ~€105/pp listed €15,000 → €30,000
Torre del Veguer Approx €5,000 → €18,000 (elopement vs full weddings) €12,000 → €36,000
This Must Be The Place (Mas Casamitjana) From ~€3,500 → €5,950; catering quoted ~€158/pp on some listings €18,000 → €42,000
How these totals were calculated (brief):
Totals assume 100 guests and combine published venue starting prices (where available) with typical catering and drinks costs. When a venue publishes a per-person menu (e.g., €131/pp or €175/pp) that rate was used. Otherwise I applied a catering range of €80–€150/pp and drinks €25–€60/pp, plus an extras allowance of €1,500–€6,000 for styling, staff and rentals. These are estimates to help with 2026 budgeting — please confirm final quotes with each venue.

Disclaimer: These numbers are estimates to the best of my knowledge as Melissa Mayes. Venue pricing varies by season, guest count, catering choices, drinks, and styling. Always confirm directly with the venue for exact 2026 pricing.
